Rent a Naturalist

Embark on a naturalist-led walk and discover the fascinating history, diverse plants, and amazing wildlife that call this special place home. Learn something new and gain a deeper appreciation for Schiff Nature Preserve’s natural wonders.

Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.  Fees are $12 per person for 90 minutes.  A minimum of 5 people is required with a maximum of 20.  There is no age restriction; however, the route and content of your hike will be dependent on the age group.  Dogs are not permitted to join this program. 

Please note this is an all weather event with the exception of severe weather.  Participants are advised to wear weather appropriate attire and comfortable hiking/walking shoes.  Leashed and vaccinated dogs are welcome.
